The device fastens a structure-borne sound transferring component (1) to a sound absorber (2) with the use of a brake lining material (3) provided with spacer rings. The structure-borne sound transferring component is arranged over the spacer rings provided in a housing (4). The structure-borne sound transferring component may be in the form of an electric actuator (5) or electric motor (6).
