摘要 <p>The invention relates to medical engineering and can be used for full-scale, low-invasive surgeries without stopping a heart. The inventive arrangement consists of a tab vacuum heart-position stabiliser, a frame vacuum stabiliser for immobilising a myocardium local area, a self-contained vacuum source comprising a vacuum unit provided with a main and backing pumps, a control and monitoring system and a device for recording the functional characteristics of said vacuum system during an intervention. The self-contained vacuum source is provided with a second vacuum unit which is embodied such that it is similar to the first vacuum unit and has an intrinsic control and monitoring system similar to the control and monitoring system of the first vacuum unit, wherein each stabiliser is connected to the respective intrinsic vacuum system and the both control and monitoring systems are connected to a common device for recording the functional characteristics of the vacuum system. Said invention makes it possible to set and maintain, in a free-running mode during the entire intervention, for each stabiliser, the optimum operational system characteristics which are most suitable for the state of the heart under intervention and to simultaneously record the characteristics of each stabiliser, using a minimum number of transportable functional units and producing a minimum pressure on a surgeon.</p>
