PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member for electrophotography, using elastomer having a halogen group, which is free of contamination of a charged body and can obtain excellent images by eliminating low-molecular-weight components oozing out of a conductive elastic body to a surface and also uses a composition with superior moldability, a process cartridge and an electrophotographing device both equipped with the conductive member for electrophotography.

SOLUTION: Disclosed are the conductive member for electrophotography having the conductive elastic body 12 containing elastomer with a halogen group and epoxidized diene-based rubber on a conductive base 11, the process cartridge and the electrophotographing device both equipped with the conductive member for electrophotography.
