<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a power counter tidal current, by precisely controlling the timing which makes a dummy power load consume excess electric power in a cogeneration apparatus and by controlling its energization period. <P>SOLUTION: The dummy power load is connected with a private power load of the cogeneration apparatus in parallel. There is provided a power measuring instrument for measuring a power counter tidal current, flowing to a commercial power system side. Furthermore, there is also provided an addition/subtraction counting timer which performs addition counting, while counter tidal current power is exceeding a first predetermined power and subtraction counting of up to minimum zero, if the counter tidal current power does not reach the first predetermined power. If the counted time of the addition/subtraction counting timer exceeds a first predetermined time, electric power is supplied to the dummy power load by a second predetermined time (T2), after the time when it exceeds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
