摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition for a secondary battery electrode excellent in adhesion to a collector and providing a secondary battery excellent in a charge-discharge cycle characteristic even in high-temperature and low-temperature conditions.

SOLUTION: This binder composition for a secondary battery contains: (A) 100 pts.mass of at least one kind of polymer moisture dispersion element (as a solid content) selected from a group comprising styrene-butadiene copolymer latex and acrylic emulsion, and (B) 1-20 pts.mass of a compound having a cloudy point below 70°C.
