<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ITO ink which can print fine wirings by an ink jet method, and to provide an ITO conductive film which has excellent adhesiveness to a glass substrate, high transparency, and small specific resistance value, after calcinated, and is not deteriorated with the passage of time. <P>SOLUTION: This organic ITO ink is produced by dispersing ITO powder in an organic dispersion containing an organic tin compound having a structure in which the tin atom is directly bound to a carbon chain. The organic ITO ink can be printed by an ink jet-printing method, and can be printed on a glass substrate and then calcinated to form a fine wiring of ITO conductive film having an initial specific resistance value of 0.5×10<SP>-2</SP>to 1.0×10<SP>-1</SP>Ωcm, a temporal deterioration index value of 1 to 3, excellent adhesiveness and excellent transparency without limiting to a calcination environment such as a reducing atmosphere or the ordinary atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
