<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection device or the like capable of effectively utilizing waste liquid even in the case of using a plurality of color liquids. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid injection device 10 comprises a liquid injection head 30 for injecting liquid, a cleaning means for cleaning the liquid injection head 30 by discharging liquid from the nozzle opening 31a or the like of the liquid injection head 30, and a liquid storage means 34 constituted into a barrel shape of a writing utensil and storing the liquid discharged by the cleaning means.
