ORGANIC PHOTORECEPTOR, AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR IMAGE FORMING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoreceptor capable of forming an electrostatic latent image on an organic photoreceptor formed by using the image exposure light source of a semiconductor laser of 350 to 500 nm in oscillation wavelength or a light emitting diode to high density, faithfully reproducing the electrostatic latent image formed to high density as a toner image, and forming an electrophotographic image of the high density suitable for a printing field, and to provide an image forming method and an image forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: The organic photoreceptor used in the image forming method having an exposure process of forming the electrostatic latent image using the semiconductor laser of 350 to 500 nm in oscillation wavelength on the organic photoreceptor or the light emitting diode as a write light source contains a metal phthalocyanine dimer as a charge generating material.
