<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof floor pan structure of a shower core unit enabling the easy maintenance operation of pipes without requiring the removal of finish materials such as wall panels and ceiling panels and an overall waterproof floor pan when the pipes are inspected, cleaned, or replaced. <P>SOLUTION: An opening part is formed in a bottom surface part. The size of the opening part is such that the maintenance operation of the drain pipe and a hot water feed pipe can be performed (preferably, an opening area is 200 cm<SP>2</SP>or larger).
