<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting diode which extends a service life, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A transmitting light isolation layer 211 is placed mainly on the upper surface of a color filter 21, at least one lower electrode 231 is described on the upper surface of the transmitting light isolation layer 211, a dehumidifying channel 31 is formed by etching a part of the transmitting light isolation layer 211 not described with the lower electrode 231, and a solvent and water remaining in the color filter is removed in a baking process.
