PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation device capable of implementing to match correctly for vehicles traveling reversely on the road when the one-way road is also used tentatively in the reverse direction. SOLUTION: When the road 51A becomes impassable (for the interval from B spot to E spot) by construction and the like, and the road 51C is, therefore, allowed for vehicles to travel the reverse direction by rights as an alternative road. The road 51C is registered as an alternative road. This registration is implemented based on road traffic information from VICS. On the occasion when the matching is implemented, if there exists circumferentially the alternative road 51C registered already, by ignoring one-way traffic information on the road 51C concerned given to link the matching is implemented.
