PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective device against semiconductor electrostatic discharge which has high quantity of electrostatic discharge resistance without causing an increase in manufacturing cost and impairing the capability of a semiconductor device. SOLUTION: A conductor is arranged on a semiconductor circuit formed on a semiconductor substrate, one part of the conductor is connected to a power source line, and the other part of the conductor is connected to a ground line, thereby improving the quantity of electrostatic discharge resistance in an aerial discharge model. A ratio of conductor area in the semiconductor circuit is made to 40% or more, thereby forming a protective device against semiconductor electrostatic discharge which has good efficiency.
