PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically form a retrieval table, in a flow retrieval method for performing retrieval of a flow showing a processing flow, based on a flow showing a processing flow designated by a user, and retrieve a DB based on the retrieval table, and present flows in descending order of similarity, depending on the action parts present in the flow, attributes and sub-attributes thereof, or the like. SOLUTION: This method comprises steps of extracting and setting, based on the flow showing a processing flow designated by the user, action parts constituting this flow and attributes thereof as a retrieval table; retrieving, based on the retrieval table, the DB in which action parts constituting a flow for each formed flow and attributes thereof are extracted and registered to extract flows having high similarity; and presenting the retrieved flows with high similarity.
