PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening tool easy in disassembling and assembling without a special tool in replacing a fastening jig, reducing a man-hour for disassembling and a maintenance time to efficiently perform jig replacement, and excellent in work efficiency and productivity. SOLUTION: This fastening tool 10 includes a rotary striking mechanism 13 for applying a rotary striking force to an anvil shaft 13c, wherein a casing 11 is formed by engaging or bolt-joining a separable front casing 11a and a rear casing 11b, and fastening jig replacement members 12, 12' are removably disposed between the anvil shaft 13c and the fastening jig J in the opened front casing 11a, and the fastening jig replacement members 12, 12' can be selected according to base end shapes of the fastening jigs J, J'.
