The implant has an enossal implant body (2) via which the implant is anchored in a bone and an implant assembly (1) for retaining an individual tooth crown. The implant is made of zirconium oxide ceramic or zirconium oxide/aluminum oxide mixture. A microstructured surface of the implant is coated with e.g. calcium. The implant body includes a cylindrical base plate (3) and a cylindrical head section, which is microstructured on the surface. The base plate is fixed in an opening in the implant body by a fixation pin.
