An attachment portion (7) with an axial contact surface is formed at the inner periphery of an intake cone (5). Part of a guard ring (13) abuts the axial contact surface, allowing a diagonal bolt hole to be bored into the guard ring part and the contact surface. The angle of the bolt hole ranges from 45 to 90 degrees. An elliptical blind hole is formed to the cone periphery at a location corresponding to the attachment portion.
