A method of aligning a glass substrate and an apparatus for conveying and aligning a glass substrate are provided to align the glass substrate in a non-contact manner to affect no damage to the glass substrate. A method of aligning a glass substrate includes the steps of approaching an end effector of a conveyance device to a glass substrate(S20), vertically aligning the end effector to a corner of the glass substrate(S30), extracting the glass substrate by using the end effector(S40), returning the end effector to the conveyance device(S50), calculating lateral deviation of the glass substrate by rotating the end effector(S60), and compensating the deviation and conveying the glass substrate to the following process(S70).
