A system and a method for searching the human network are provided to minimize a troublesome procedure while securing a trusted and wide human network range by reflecting offline relations, such as a cooperation relation, and organization or team relation in a company, to the online human network. An acquaintance information database(14) stores information for the primary acquaintance relation set between a user and another user by invitation and acceptance through the Internet(200). A team information database(19) stores the information for team relation by forming the organization and/or cooperation relation among the users. A search server(20) receives/stores the information to be shared by the users included in a team, transmits the information to terminals(310-340) of other users included in the team, and relays data transceiving to enable the users included in the team to perform common business. The search server searches the human network by using one user requesting the search as a search starting node, and reflecting the information for the primary acquaintance relation and the team relation.
