A bushing for a transformer is provided to fix a bushing cap, an insulator, and a connector by using a nut engaged to a threaded shaft of the connector without rotating the bushing cap. A bushing includes an insulator(4) having a through-hole(16), a connector(12) fixed in the insulator, and a bushing cap(8) engaged to a threaded shaft(10) of the connector. An engaging hole is formed on a center portion of the bushing cap, and is connected to the threaded shaft of the connector. A packing is interposed between the insulator and the bushing cap, and is inserted into the threaded shaft. The packing is compressed by fastening a nut(24) to an upper end of the threaded shaft, thereby sealing the through-hole.
