FIELD: immunology, biotechnology, microbiology, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention reports variants of proteins obtained from Neisseria meningitides that elicit antigenic properties and possess the general antigenic determinants. Amino acid sequence of these proteins is given in the invention description. Invention discloses variants of nucleic acids encoding indicated proteins. Invention describes variants of a pharmaceutical composition comprising the effective amount of any of indicated proteins or effective amount of any of disclosed nucleic acids encoding indicated proteins. Pharmaceutical compositions are used as vaccine or immunogenic composition in treatment and prophylaxis of infection caused by Neisseria microorganism and as a diagnostic reagent for detection of Neisseria microorganisms. Invention proposes a method for treatment of infection caused by Neisseria microorganism.
