FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely straightening processes at simultaneous finishing and strengthening of parts. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminarily performing elastic deformation of article by applying to its end portions bending moments in direction reverse relative to initial camber and further plastic surface deforming. When cylindrical articles such as tubes are worked, surface plastic deforming of inner surface of article is realized by drawing mandrel at tightness. Elastic deforming of article is realized due to bending it relative to straight position of axis by value determined with use of calculation formula. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of articles due to lowered warping degree. ^ 3 cl, 1 ex, 1 dwg |
