A method of assembling a magnetron antenna is provided to prevent the damage of a bent portion due to fatigue by simply bending a body of the antenna at twice. After a body(20a) of an antenna(20) is jointed to a junction portion(20c), a portion of the antenna is bent to form a bent portion(20b) having a dimension shorter than a final dimension so that a jig is drawn out from an anode cylinder. The bent junction portion of the antenna is jointed to a vain. The bent portion of the antenna is bent so that a horizontal length of the body and bent portion is equal to the final dimension.
