<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary-type pickling apparatus for pickling vegetables in salted rice-bran paste, having such a structure as to be changeable in size of a pickling-bed storing part so as to make favorable vegetables in the salted rice-bran paste in proportion to the amount of the salted rice-bran paste, and as to make the center part of the salted rice-bran paste appropriately exposed to the air. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary-type picking apparatus 1 for pickling vegetables in salted rice-bran paste 1 has the following structure: a rotary member rotating along the semi circular cylindrical inner bottom surface in a rice-bran paste storing container is provided with a driving rotary plate 7 rotationally driven by an electric motor in a single direction, and a driven rotary plate 8 placed in front of the driving rotary plate 7 and forming a rice-bran paste storing part 4 holding the rice-bran paste between the driving rotary plate and the driven rotary plate and going along the cylindrical inner bottom surface. The rotary apparatus is provided with a process of supplying air to the rice-bran paste stored in the rice-bran paste storing part through preceding rotation of the driven rotary plate so that the rice-bran storing part is enlarged during a single rotation of the driving rotary table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
