摘要 FIELD: medicine, ultrasound diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out ultrasound investigation: at detecting a widened orbital vein in retrobulbar space in case of studying in B-mode, at inversion of circulation at conducting the trial in the mode of chromatic coding, and, also, in the mode of spectral dopplerography one should diagnose a carotid-cavernous anastomosis at the presence of the whole ultrasound triad of signs, in case of the absence , at least, one of these signs - its absence. In the mode of chromatic coding one should adjust an ultrasound apparatus so that blood flows coming out of a sensor are colored into blue tones, moreover, inversion of circulation should be determined according to changed shades of the color from blue for reddish-yellow ones, and, also, by the presence of turbulent convolutions. In the mode of ultrasound dopplerography one should determine the inversion of circulation at detecting the range of Doppler shift of frequencies being above an isoline and at availability of acute systolic peaks. The innovation increases reliability of diagnostics due to taking into consideration hemodynamic values in the mode of chromatic coding. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics. ^ 2 cl
