Method for controlling allocated bandwidths in shared access local area networks, protocol and filter for its implementation

The method of bandwidth allocation management involves distributing each element of the network (10) to each of the other elements, using connections (8a,8b) based upon a protocol (7). Values of bandwidth parameters are restricted for both "best effort" and privilege modes. A value of a measurement parameter is determined from a table by each element. The value of the most efficient parameter of is adjusted according to the variation of the available bandwidth parameter so as to maintain it at a null or positive value. Distributed reservation parameters are outputs of summers and a sum of preferential output elements of the system.
