FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has two treatment members having abrasive surfaces. The members move under electronic control with the movement directions opposite to each other for being pressed against skin surface and removing hair and peeling skin. The members are also adaptable for performing continuous alternating movements in opposite directions on the skin surface. The members are optionally made removable from the device for replacing them.
