SHAFTING CONNECTION USING ECCENTRIC INSERT

A shaft coupling using an eccentric insert is provided to automatically arrange both shafts and correctly control the length of the shaft system by applying spacers between the shafts. A shaft coupling(1) using an eccentric insert(40) includes a sleeve unit(60) having the inner peripheral surface combined with the outer peripheral surface of both shafts(10,20) and supporting both shafts by inserting/combining the ends of the shafts; and the eccentric insert combined at recesses each formed from the ends of the shafts to the inside in parallel to eccentric axes(B) deviated from the center axes(A) of the shafts. The recesses have the inner peripheral surface formed with a taper toward the inside of the eccentric axis and the eccentric insert has the outer peripheral surface formed with the same taper as the recess each combined from the center part to the both ends about the eccentric axis, so that center axes are matched by the eccentric insert when the shafts are combined.
