A temporary assembler of a rivet bolt is provided to automatically perform the temporary assembler of the bolt and a retainer to remarkably increase workability and productivity. A temporary assembler of a rivet bolt includes supply hoppers(30,31), bolt and retainer alignment parts(34,35), air injection nozzles(48,49), a turntable(33), a push, a separator(79), and a controller. The supply hoppers have vibrators for supplying bolts and retainers. The bolt and retainer alignment parts have vibrators for aligning the bolts and retainers. The air injection nozzles are installed at discharge ports of the alignment parts. The turntable aligns and rotates the bolts and the retainers to position the bolts at an upper part and the retainers at a lower part. The push presses the bolts and the retainers to temporarily assemble them. The separator has a vibrator for selectively discharging the assembled bolts and retainers. |
