FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with reconstructing the form and the function of patient's hip joint in case of destructed collum and caput femoris at the shift of femoral proximal end upwards at considerable anatomo-functional shortening in the lower limb. One should form collum femoris out of anterior trochanterian and cristic autotransplants upon muscular pedicle with cervico-diaphysial angle, introduce free ends of autotransplants into cotyloid cavity, substitute the defect in the site of taking the trochanterian autotransplant with the second cristic one. Moreover, upon the developed collum femoris one should put endoprosthesis' caput, and introduce acetubular endoprosthesis supplied with tenons being thickened at the ends into cotyloid cavity, and, additionally, endoprostheses should be strengthened with Dacron belts by one of the following techniques: belts should be applied around new collum and their ends should be sutured up to the bodies of iliac and schiatic bones, correspondingly; Dacron belts should be applied through canals formed in iliac and schiatic bones and their ends should be tightened together. Application of the present innovation enables to reconstruct the desired lead and remove shortening in a lower limb after forming valuable cervico-diaphysial angle, and, also, reconstruct mobility in new hip joint strengthened with a new ligamentous apparatus after endoprosthetics conducted. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
