A hybrid induction motor is provided to vary a rotation speed of an induction rotor according to a variation of a voltage applied to a stator through first and second sync rotors having magnets. A drive coil is wound around a stator(2) to generate a rotating magnetic field. An induction rotor(3) is rotatably inserted in the stator. A rotation shaft(5) is engaged to a center portion of the induction rotor to output a rotational force from the induction rotor. A sync rotor(6) is interposed between the stator and the induction rotor. The sync rotor has magnets arranged in a circumferential direction. The magnets are connected to each other by a magnet connecting part.
