<p>The invention relates to a filling device for filling an accumulator cell (9) with electrolytic fluid, wherein said device has a filling head (1) that is connected to an electrolytic fluid tank (10) by a connecting line (3). The filling head (1) has a filling pipe (4) that can be positioned in or above a filling hole (11) in said cell (9) for the purpose of filling. The filling pipe (4) has a connector piece (5) that can be moved along the filling pipe (4) from a lowered position (13) in the area of the free end (15) of the filling pipe (4) to a raised position (14) away from the free end (15), thereby opening or closing the filling holes arranged in the peripheral wall of the filling pipe (4) with the purpose of preventing excess electrolytic fluid from dripping from the filling device, the filling head (1) or the filling pipe (4) once the cell (9) has been filled.</p> |
