<p>The apparatus has a conveyor device (5) with insertion slots (4) and extending transverse to a conveying direction, where printed sheets are inserted into the slots. A stapling device is moved adjacent to the device (5) at approximately same speed during the stapling process. A support device (9), which holds the inserted printed products within stapling area of the stapling device in opened booklet position, is assigned to the slots.</p> |
