PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a train to correct its own running position while running, even at times other than when receiving signals from the ground element of ATC, and furthermore to correct the errors in position recognition caused by its own running speed when correcting the running position. SOLUTION: Because the receiving level of an ATC signal usually changes out of a range in the blocking boundary of the ATC signal, an ATC signal receiving level detecting circuit 8 outputs a detected signal at the timing, when the receiving level changed. It is possible for a train to correct its own running position, by letting a comparator 14 compare the running position data at that timing with the ATC signal blocking boundary data programmed in a memory 15. |
