A process of manufacturing a packing sheet for bottle lid of unrefined rice wine is provided to form the packing sheet with excellent air-tight sealing effect and inhibit proliferation of bacteria by heat-pressing polyester non-woven fabric in order that adhesive layer contacts with bottom of polyethylene foam sheet, thereby extending time limit of distribution for the wine. The process comprises the steps of: applying adhesive(30) to one side of polyester non-woven fabric(20); contacting the adhesive side to bottom of polyethylene foam sheet(10); and heat-melting the polyester non-woven fabric. The polyester non-woven fabric is fabricated by forming the fabric in thickness of 0.06-0.18mm, coating the fabric with nano silver, and then drying the coated fabric at 50-60deg.C for 5-15 minutes. The coating step is performed by immersing the fabric in nano silver colloidal solution of 10-1000 ppm.
