FIELD: feed mill industry, in particular, production of feeds for farm animals. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves performing thermal processing of raw material in vacuum cooker, with heat energy being supplied by means of heat carrier, followed by defatting of raw material, with heat carrier being liquid heated in hydrodynamic heat generator operating in cavitational mode and producing complex supersonic and heating effect upon raw material for destructing and heating thereof. Subsequent raw material defatting procedure is provided by adding combined feed into vacuum cooker and mixing it with raw material. ^ EFFECT: simplified procedure and increased economy of producing meat-and-bone flour. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex |
