FIELD: clock making industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for quantitative estimation of duration of clock face and its elements identification includes determining minimal time, required for reading clock indications at given light saturation level from one or several points of measuring distance, positioned between clock face and limiting distance of clock indications reading, for that either eyes of observer with given natural sight sharpness are utilized, or that achieved by wearing glasses, in conjunction either with mechanism, opening curtain for clock face tester observation for given duration with certain light level, or with equipment, lighting clock face with given duration and certain light level. By changing duration of clock face observation by observer, minimal time is recorded needed for reading clock indications by observer, as quantitative estimate of clock face and its elements identification duration. ^ EFFECT: introduction and use of objective quantitative coefficient - minimally required time for reading clock indications. ^ 1 dwg |
