The device has metal tubes (30), where an end of each tube is engaged in a cylindrical ring including a radial outer skirt (72) movable by sliding between guiding surfaces of a distributor blade ring. One surface located on the side of a casing of a cooling air passage chamber is fixed on the blade ring, and the other surface is axially movable relative to the blade ring and associated to a return spring (88) stressing the latter surface in the direction of the casing. An independent claim is also included for a turbomachine comprising a cooling air passage chamber and distributor blade connecting device.
