A construction method of a composite planting soil containing steel fiber for ecologically recovering a cut slope is provided to permanently maintain structural stability of the original ground by improving adhesive and cohesive power of soil, and to actively grow seeds and plants by keeping moisturized state and nutrition of the soil in a dry season. A construction method of a composite planting soil(11) containing steel fiber for ecologically recovering a cut slope(1) comprises steps for measuring a construction region by establishing a construction plan according to the field condition; installing a PVC(Poly-Vinyl Chloride) coating iron net(2a) on the surface of the cut slope and fixing on an original ground by a fixing means; detecting the construction part before the main construction work; constructing the composite planting soil on the PVC coating iron net to a proper thickness; and detecting again and planting grasses or trees. The PVC coating iron net has horizontal PVC coating iron wires(3a) and vertical PVC coating iron wires(3b) crossed by each other at proper intervals; a curved head unit of an anchor pin(4) placed at each crossing point of the horizontal and vertical PVC coating iron wires; and a curved head unit of a landing pin(5) hung on the middle of the anchor pins and the inner middle point of the horizontal and vertical PVC coating iron wires. The composite planting soil includes soil 80~94.5 wt% mixing peat, decomposed granite, and sludge; a jelly type granular moisturizer(6) 3.5~13.0 wt%; mica(7) 1.5~4.5 wt%; seeds(10) of grasses(8) or trees(9) 0.5~2.5 wt%; and polyester steel fiber(12) applied into the cut slope 0.128~0.384 g/m^2 by mixing and extruding with water to be integrally formed on the cut slope by the PVC coating iron net, the PVC coating iron wires, the anchor pins, and the landing pins. |
