<p>The device (10) has a cylindrical module (34) with a coil (36) generating a magnetic field and arranged between inner and intermediate frames (12, 16). Two chambers and channels (30, 32) connecting the chambers are filled with a magneto-rheological fluid. Ferromagnetic and non-magnetic units (38, 40) arranged between the frames partly delimit the channels and define a magnetic circuit in cooperation with the coil. The field crosses the channel along a preset direction, in the circuit. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle having a system controlling a viscosity of a fluid.</p> |
