A method of forming metal roofing tiles with dimples is provided to prevent the metal roofing tiles from being crushed or deformed even under upward load by forming dimples on the metal roofing tiles and form the dimples evenly and certainly by performing press forming after first forming dimples through roll forming. A method of forming metal roofing tiles with dimples comprises: a roll forming step of passing a metal sheet through forming rolls(140) to form dimples on the metal sheet; and a press forming step of press forming of the dimple formed metal sheet(150) in a roofing tile shape by a press(210), wherein the press forming step comprises a process of performing press forming in such a manner that a clearance which is at least as high as the dimples formed on the metal sheet is secured between upper and lower molds, and wherein valleys and mountains are continuously formed on the outer circumferential surface of the forming rolls in a rotational direction of the forming rollers.
