PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for joining a lead tap of a polymer secondary battery, which can manage accurately a cutting position of the lead tap, a transfer distance of the lead tap, and a superposition length. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for joining a lead tap of a polymer secondary battery contains: a lead tap strip supplying reel for supplying the lead tap strip to be joined to an electrode tap of an electrode plate assembly; a lead tap strip cutting device for cutting the lead tap strip to a fixed length by sensing a seal tape attached to the lead tap strip; a first gripper device(115) clamping the cut lead tap and withdrawing and a second gripper device(116) transferring the cut lead tap, received from the first gripper device(115), to the electrode tap of the electrode plate assembly arranged on a carrier(102); an ultrasonic horn(117) joining the lead tap to the electrode tap; additionally a lead tap guide device and a clamp device(113) to prevent the lead tap from moving reversely. |
