A ceramic green sheet cutter, an apparatus for depositing a ceramic green sheet including the same, and a method of delaminating a ceramic green sheet are provided to improve productivity of MLCC and reduce manufacturing cost. A ceramic green sheet cutter includes a delamination head(54), and a cutting device(55). The delamination head has a plurality of vacuum holes at its lower surface in order to delaminate a ceramic green sheet from a carrier film. The cutting device is movable in a vertical direction in order to cut the green sheet spaced apart from the separation head in a horizontal direction, and movable in a horizontal direction in order to preliminarily delaminate the cut ceramic green sheet.
