A functional cot for patients is provided to let the patients ease nature without shame by shielding the genital organs with a covering plate and a guide piece. The functional cot for patients is composed of a bed; a mat combined to the bed and provided with an easing nature hole; a toilet bowl(30) connected with the easing nature hole and installed at the lower side of the bed; a covering plate(60) mounted at the bed to shield the genital organs of the patient lying on the mat; and a guide piece(66) joined to the covering plate to screen a part around the genital organs of the patient. The guide piece is inflated by injecting the air by an air injector and brought into contact with a part around the genital organs of the patient to flow down urine into the toilet bowl without scattering.
