APPARATUS FOR KITCHEN EXHAUST AND DEODORIZATION

An exhaust and deodorization system in a kitchen is provided to remove odor and smoke by supplying water from a nozzle supply pipe and a pump motor and injecting water. An exhaust and deodorization system for a kitchen deodorizes, filtrates and discharges exhaust air to a discharge unit(6) by sending exhaust air into a suction unit(8), and oxidizes and decomposes odor of exhaust air from the suction unit by supplying ozone from an ozone generator(15) to an ozone processing unit(7). Various kinds of smell and dust including oil and smoke are treated with water particulates(16a) and discharged together with the water particulates after processing exhaust air in the ozone processing unit by supplying water through a nozzle supply pipe(12) and a pump motor(13) and forming the water particulates with a spray nozzle(16). The ozone processing unit is horizontally installed to the suction unit, and water particulates are vertically moved downward in a range in which exhaust air flows upward by mounting the spray nozzle.
