Oil-enclosed equipment such as a transmission and a control unit can be easily integrated, and external laying of electric wiring required between them can be dispensed with. A control unit (102) for controlling the operation of a transmission (101) is integrally formed with a relay connector (22). The connector is fitted in an attaching hole (1a) drilled in a transmission case (1), and thereby the control unit (102) is integrally attached to the transmission (101). The electric connection between the transmission (101) and the control unit (102) is made by fitting the relay fit connector (8) of the transmission (101) in the relay connector (22). |
