The present invention relates to the use of mastic, mastic oil or whatever derivative thereof (e.g. mastic scent, mastic oil scent, mastic water) as well as to the use of the insoluble or soluble form thereof in water and oil, to other natural or artificial substances, to admixtures, to synthetic substances or to mastic substitutes and derivatives. All the above mentioned mastic substances may be employed as a basic component of a composition destined for the preparation of any filling or coating base or for the preparation of dough, dough products (e.g. croissants, cakes, doughnuts, brioche bread, biscuits) as well as for the preparation of packed of not chocolate products (e.g. bars of chocolates, chocolates, chocolate-coated products etc) either in their traditional form in environmental temperature or in the form of ice cream, for instance; furthermore same mastic substances may be used as a filling base for cream, chocolate, vanilla, lemon, and fruit jelly products, in the traditional form, in environmental temperature or in the form of ice cream in packed or unpacked form, for any liquid, fluid, solid or jelly products, as well as for chewing-gums or candies. |
