The actuator has a chamber (5) shaped part (4) movable axially along aligned conduit sections (2, 3) to occupy a position, to allow communication of the sections, and another position, to exhaust the section (3). The moving of the part (4) creates, alternatively, either a depression follow-up of a vacuum rupture or a pressure follow-up of a pressure rupture. The section (3) has a nozzle (8) opening into free air or the chamber. The part (4) is controlled for displacement, in one direction, by a fluid circulating inside the sections.
