The invented wind velocity supervisor is composed of the pendulum the position of which is detected by an electric sensor mounted at a firm location. When the pendulum is moving beyond the predetermined detection limit of the sensing element, this last emits an electric signal warning that the wind velocity is surpassing the given comparison limit. In the case that the wind velocity is inferior to the predefined comparison limit, the sensing elements remains inert since the wind is incapable ofdiverting the pendulum beyond the detection limit. The predetermined comparison limit of the wind velocity depends on the geometrical characteristics and the weight of the pendulum as well as on the sensitivity of the aforementioned sensing element in use. |
