The shoe (1) has a V shaped notch (4) formed transversely in an upper (2), in downstream of a transversal plane (RR`) with respect to a longitudinal axis of a front part. The notch is formed in an upstream of a rectilinear visual mark (3) such that a rear wing (4b) of the notch is found at a predetermined distance (D1) from the mark. The distance is equal to half the width of a sole of a mono block type stirrup. The wing is arranged perpendicular to a plane (QQ`) of the upper.
