A window windshield device of an apartment house is provided to improve heatproof, windshield, and soundproof effects by perfectly blocking an air flow through a window frame and the window, to save the heating/cooling cost and maintain fresh environment, and to save fuel consumption by effectively preventing indoor heat from being flowed out. A window windshield device of an apartment house comprises a window opened/closed about a shaft pin assembled on a frame; a window frame formed with a recessed groove longitudinally in the middle of a receiving unit of a body to fix a bellows member(20) on the receiving unit by a combining tool assembled at the recessed groove; the bellows member having a body(21) made of a rubber tube expanded/extended by injected air, fixing units(22,23) longitudinally connected at the upper and lower sides of the body with plural combining holes, and a connecting tool(24) connected at one side or both sides of the body to be combined with a connecting member(30) so as to regulate a finishing member; the connecting member fixed with the connecting tool of another bellows member to flow air inward the bellows member; the finishing member having a body formed like a T type, a fixing groove longitudinally in the middle of one part to assemble the fixing unit of the bellows member, a combining hole bored across the fixing groove, and a combining tool inserted into the combining hole to be faced with the frame at the other side of the body by assembling the receiving unit together with the bellows member; a cymbal-like pump(50) connected with the bellows member by a hose(52) to inject or exhaust air and installed in the frame connected with the window by the shaft pin; and the frame formed with a guide groove longitudinally at one side of the frame, and upper and lower fixing holes vertically at both ends of the guide groove to tightly combine or release the finishing member with the bellows member at the inner side of the frame. |
